Everyone has a talent, and Mobutu Sese Seko certainly had his.  He is the main instigator of the Dictator’s series. A massive painting of Mobutu, resplendent in his authentic abacost best, fez, and cane, laughing next to an admiring Omar Bongo of Gabon will be the culmination of the series.
